All products and services offered by Shadow and Shadow Bypass are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. No guarantees are made regarding functionality, availability, performance, compatibility, or outcomes resulting from use. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the product. Shadow and Shadow Bypass do not encourage, endorse, or take responsibility for user behavior on third-party platforms, servers, or services. Any use of the product is done entirely at your own risk and discretion. Shadow and Shadow Bypass shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, penalties, bans, account restrictions, hardware issues, software conflicts, or consequences—direct or indirect—arising from the use or misuse of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, data loss, service disruption, or actions taken by third parties. By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to waive any and all rights to claims, disputes, legal actions, or litigation against Shadow, Shadow Bypass, their developers, administrators, affiliates, or representatives. Under no circumstances shall liability exceed the total amount paid for the product.
License Enforcement
Violation of any rules outlined in the official Shadow or Shadow Bypass Discord—including but not limited to account sharing, reselling, misuse, abuse of support, or conduct deemed harmful to the service—may result in immediate license termination without notice. Depending on the severity of the violation, this may also include a permanent ban from all Shadow and Shadow Bypass services and communities.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or exchanges under any circumstances. Any attempt to dispute or reverse a payment will result in immediate revocation of access and permanent banning from all Shadow and Shadow Bypass platforms.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and that you fully understand and accept these terms. Continued use of Shadow or Shadow Bypass constitutes acceptance of any future updates or modifications to this policy.
